Pacific Fair Shopping Centre
Pacific Fair is the shopping centrepiece of Broadbeach and one of Queensland’s largest retail destinations. After a major redevelopment, it has over 400 stores across fashion, homewares, electronics, and dining — with both mid-market and luxury brand representation.

Pacific Fair on a Saturday afternoon is genuinely busy — particularly during school holidays. If shopping is on your itinerary, go on a weekday morning (9–11:30am) before the lunch crowd arrives. The carpark is also significantly easier on weekdays.
If you’re looking for branded sportswear, fashion, or homewares at below-RRP prices, Harbour Town is worth the 20-minute trip. The discount varies by store and season — end-of-season sales at Nike and Adidas outlets can reach 50–60% off. Take the G:link north and get off at Helensvale for a bus connection, or drive.
